? about S2000 seats

Would S2000 seats fit in my 02 EP3?
If they don't what do I need to make them fit

they wont fit with no modifications. you would either have to hack up the stock rail, or mod the s2k rail to fit. also, i dont think they are very adjustable, and would sit way too low
