Got a great deal on them on ebay (thanks to the seller for ending the auction early!). Two screws in front wheel well, two clips on the bottom. I also used so 3M double sided tape. Thank you to trk for the helpful advice and the tape :)

I too have used some 3M double sided tape at the ends. The thing is, when it rains or gets wet, it starts to droop down. It hasn't poppped off all the way yet... but when its dry I just push them back on :-) I think its Ghetto, but a small price to pay for having nice sideskirts ^_^
