Disconnect your NEG battery terminal for 5 min. Hook back up start your car and let idle till your fan kicks in. Then take it for a spin.

You don't have to unplug all three molex connectors from the ECU. Connector A has the power. Take it out for a few seconds. Same thing for the battery, just a few seconds will reset your ecu, no need to wait 5 min and I don't know who started that rumor. ;)

Does this mess with the radio settings? Just curious.

Is there not a fuse that can be removed as well? I seem to remember reading something about it.

OK the easy way to do this is just remove the dam fuse in your fusebox from underthe hood. thats all. just pop open thebox look at the diagram, youll see the words ECU and youll find the fuse. pull that fuse for like 10 seconds and pop it back in. i know this because ive had a check engine light before so i took out the fuse and put it back in. It reset the ecu and took away the CEL. obviously the cel came back but thats how you reset the ECU. UNO!

Just adding my .02: Early on I was able to reset the ECU via taking the -battery cable off for 1/2hr or longer. After that, I've tried to reset it via -cable, - & + cables off, and even taking out the fuse and leaving it out for about an hr to no avail. Didn't even work doing the fuse-turn-the-ignition switch on-turning-it-off method (something like that) also to no avail. I haven't bothered making another attempt.
