I think they gave me the wrong Owners Manual with my car - it says 2002 Civic on the front and has nothing abou the specs for a Si(R) inside. What do you manuals look like - are they Si(R) specific?

I think you might've gotten the wrong manual. Look on the back cover, mine says

2002 Honda Civic 3 Door

Go back to your dealer, they screwed up and should replace the manual for you.

Just spoke to the dealer they said no problem, I must just go past and they will give me the correct one.
