Im tossing up the idea of new racing seats in my blue EP. I know there is Sparco, Recaro, and some others. I want some opinions on seats.. I know tenzo R makes seats which look nice, but I have never sat in them. What are some good brands that people have had experience with besides sparco and recaro.

If you want racing seats try Bride, I think they weigh around 5 lbs a seat.

get the Tenzo R's Recaro lool alike ones! they have very good qaulity fabrics...i have a friend who runs a pair of blue ones in his teggy...

they look EXACTLY like recaros except for the "Tenzo R" logo on them

or get a cheaper pair of Sparco, or Corbeu seats....

just look up "racing seats" on ebay, they usually come in pairs and are really cheap due to liquidation sales....;)

after sitting in a couple different models of Corbeau seats, it is my impression that the recaro srds that i have are not only better made but much more comfortable.

The SRDs can be had for about 1100 (2 seats, rails, and sliders)

note: I'm about 5'11" 31" waist super comfy for me

Sparco Evo! Fiberglass or Carbon Kevlar, guess which costs alittle more. Adjustability=weight:(

I am looking into getting a set of the Tenzo Rally seats but like you I was kinda wondering how comfortable they really are. I found a couple auctions on ebay where you can get them with "universal sliders" for like $500 shipped.

I think Sparco is the way to go. Buddy Club and Bride are tiny... they are made for hobits! ;)

its cause brides and buddy clubs were intended for asian people. and asian people tend to have a smaller body frame

the cheap seats are cheap seats, when you get to bride, recaro, momo, sparco, corbeau, OMP, mugen, & spoon seats it's just a matter of taste and how much you want to spend.

do yall consider arospeed generic? cuz im about to get some arospeeds that defintely arent cheap and they look exactly like the recaro's. im trading a fellow ephatcher for them, so dont be like 'just buy the recaros then'.
