i just got my car dropped on sportlines and i got my injen cai at the same time. I love it so far sounds great and i can feel the improvement. I also got a aem bypass valve so i dont have to worry about that suckin up watter.

next mod will probably be a cat back system.

yeah the bypass valve has been installed fits perfectly cant even tell the intake was cut. The fuse box was relocated to where the old air filter was but its fits great there with the injen mounting bracket that comes with the intake.

Where did you purchase it from and how much did you pay? It's routed behing the driver's side head light right?

I got mine from nopionline. And yes, it goes behind the (under) the driver's side headlight.

I got mine at Fizz Autosports. Great guys, great prices.
Give them a call to see how much they want for it.

I just got mine on Monday and it sounds awesome. Deep and loud when I get on it. Did anyone cut the whole like the instructions said?

I didn't, I wonder if that's why I get the resonant "hum".

I didn't cut mine either. I don't think I hear a hum. But I did accidently break off one of the clips that attaches to the new mounting bracket.

I cut a bit of the hole off but I still get that "hum" while idling.
Doesn't bother me that much. What I did notice was after 1 week, the sound of the intake got much quieter than when I first installed it. Maybe it's just the filter getting a little dirty.

I noticed that as well. After about a week the Intake got lower. I mean it still sounds good, but alot lower.
I wonder why that is?
