Squeaking Noise, Am I Rubbing?

Ok I've got a little problem, I'm dropped 2 inches with neuspeed sport springs on my 15 in stockies. When I'm going straight and accelerating or braking, whenever I tilt my steering wheel a little bit to the left or right it makes this squeaking noise. Am I rubbing or is it something else? Someone help over here.

the tie rods are at too much of an angle on 2" drops, its normal for them to do that, there is no immediate solution to the problem though i think some companies or honda may be triyng to fix it
