Something for my car around 140 bucks....

I need some ideas

21st bday is next week and the parents refuse to accept me telling them not to get me anything.

I wear work clothes everyday so I've counted that out.

I would like to get something for the ep, but I can't really think of anything i want that is in the price range.

I have bought:
i/h/e, rims, brand new tires, drop, hondata gasket(gift), ctr spoiler, ctr lip kit.

Only thing i could come up with was maybe a neuspeed xbrace....or the H.O.P. aluminum shift knob (jhpusa.com) and jdm shift boot. I don't really even need it, but would probably look a little better than my base rsx knob.

I truly love my parents. They really take care of me. I'm gonna miss this when I transfer schools in the fall. :(

Dude let me first say your parents ROCK. My defining teen moment was when my mom shook her head disapprovingly and said to me in her broken Chinese "Perry, you cannot change your wheels like they are fashion."

If you're into sound systems, $140 should get you a nice subwoofer setup.

ya, usually my dad is pushing me out of the way trying to help upgrade my car himself....heh, like when we were installing 1fastminivan's springs (1fastminivan and nemesisitr sure got a kick out of my dad) he's a good man.

audio honestly isn't a concern with this car. The last thing i need is a reason for someone to bust my window. :angel:

I plan on getting the neuspeed one later on because I know it won't interfere with my skunk2 exh. :) 289 (neuspeed) is steep for a gift tho. :o

Dude.. i dont know what kind of setup ur talkin about for 140.. but it would be anything but nice.. shit.. my sub alone cost more than 250.. that's just my one 10" ..

but anyway.. get a TRUE AEM cold air intake..

I have injen cai, dc header, and skunk2 exh. I'm happy with my dyno for now.

I will more than likely- try and put it towards hondata, do my brakes (rotors, lines, pads), or get an x-brace. :cool:

Tint is a good idea. I will definitely keep that in mind. Texas summers are too hot.

if you're not into tint or the jdm emblems, you could get a new shift-knob/boot for not too much.

could go for some mugen pedals or well on your way for a mugen front grill witch would look bitchen on the car with ctr lips... just some ideas.. windo tint is always nice, but dont go limo.. its old, cheezy and a bitch in the dark.. the dark, or 20%, is a lot nice and has class...

lmao, i have a cambodian friend and his mom sounds similar to the way i imagine yours does, i can see you, with about 4 stacks of various wheels in the garage, puttin on a 5th set, and your mom comes out to the garage and says that...

do you have camber kit? if not, its a must to buy one so you can get a perfect alignment, that way, you can save money for tires.

Thats funny you bust him out for underpricing soundsystem and then you underprice the AEM CAI. ha!

Get tint, camber kit, or 22mm JDM sway bar. Akthough hawk pads all the way around are a good purchase!
