trying to put my carbon fiber hood on its not latching. i tried to adjust the latch but still it not locking in place. any idea on what to do, please help!

When you lower the hood(not latching it) do the sides look even. I know on my girls eclipse we had to adjust the sides alittle to get it to line up.

yeah we adjusted it a couple times gonna try again now, seems like the "hook" on the carbon fiber hood is not long enough. the hook" goes down on the first latch but will not go in the locking one to stay down

line it up as best as possible and get hood pins.. my VIS hood fit perfect the 1st time so i wasent scared of that thing flying into my windshield..

I have this same exact problem! Is it a VIS model hood? What year EP do you have? Did you ever get the problem solved?
