I found the picture on Honda Japan's website www.honda.co.jp. I don't remember exactly where since I was just clicking links (because I can't read Japanese), but I think it was from the Integra Type R page. I'm not sure if it has the remote buttons on the other side or not. I think it looks pretty close to the sidewinder keys we have on '03 and '04 Si's except without the Red "H" (obviously).

The website has some really cool-looking Honda cars on there.

EDIT: Sorry !@#$% for thread-jacking. There's another thread about my avatar --->here (http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=33806)<--- that people can click on if there want to talk more about my avatar. In the mean time, !@#$% WAKE UP and POST PICS!!:D

how do u install the lips??? bolts or double stick tape???
where did you get the lips and how much???

!@#$%
03-31-2004, 09:27 AM
i only used four self tapping screws for the front lip. 2 on each side.

i will do the same for the rear lip as well.

the skirts should be a tight fit, but I may use a little double sided tape on those for precaution.

Its a special 3M acrylic double sided tape. I picked mine up at a local auto body store for about $30 for the roll.

Here's the stuff right here that I'll be using for mine. It's the heavy duty 3M automotive tape:

I'm also using the 3M Automotive Adhesion Promoter. It help to make the tape stick even better. You just prep the surface with one of the pads and then stick the tape on it and it makes it stick even better.

*EDIT* Sorry !@#$%, there I go thread-jacking again.:(

as far as rusting, they look to be nickel plated. this box of screws cost me 10 bucks at home depot. they didnt have any self tappers in the single bins.

i'll end up painting over the screws with touch up paint more than likely. i just marked where i wanted to drill with an indention, then drilled with the screw.

oh now i get it sorta
so you indent where you want to drill
then drill through with the self tapping screws
then paint over with touch up paint for no rusting...
is that correct ?

yep, that is exactly how i'm doing it, and so far the front lip isn't coming off unless m y entire bumper gets ripped off.

hell yeah it's light...I can barely tell it's in my hand when I carry it....very light, most likely lighter than fiberglass.

the heaviest part to the ctr lip kit is the rear. It has a type of double layer on it. I'd say the entire kit weighed at most 15 lbs. That was the marked shipping weight, but also it is the lowest category for shipping weight. In all honesty, I'd say 10 lbs maximum for the weight of the whole kit.

here are a couple pics of how they layed the fiberglass on the rear piece.
