You need to give some more deatils ... like:

- are you taking your car to the track or doing autox?
- how low do you want to go?
- do you want show .... or go?

If I had $3K CAN to drop, I'd do this ...
- 15" rota slips with falken azinis (~$1200)
- CTR rear sway bar with bushings (~$150)
- mugen fixed springs/dampners (~$1400)
- neuspeed front strut brace (~$???)

... but that's just me.

your best bet would be to go with 17s with 215/40/17s or 215/45/17s with a 2 inch drop.

Then definately forget what I told you. You want the Tein basic coilovers ... which are height adjustable. Do a search ... there are a million people who have them.

Now don't be getting the idea that you'll be changing the height of your ride "just to hit the highway". Each time you adjust your height, you need to get an alignment, otherwise you shred your tires.

nice point Graham you have to aline the car ever time you play with the hight?
so maybe i sould buy the mugen fixed springs/dampners . are they better for all kind of riding?

:) thanks guys for the intrest

It is perfect for every road condition. Not too stiff yet not too soft but very responsive when you need it too be. Mugen did their homework when it came to this suspension. This is probably the best set up I have ever ran on any of my cars. It lowers the care about 1.4" which is perfect for me. Any lower on the EP then you tend to run into a lot of steering problems. One thing that is nice is that they relocated the steering arm on the strut to cut down on the bump steer.

I'm definately hot for the mugen suspension ... I'm having trouble parting with the C$1400 though. I understand the advantage of hieght ajustment with regards to corner balancing ... but I also want a shock that is tuned for the ride hieght that I want, which just happens to be what the mugen is set for. Well, I would actually prefer 1" drop ... but that's just me.

One thing that is nice about the Mugen suspension is that you don't need a front or rear camber kit. Some people do put one on rear but you really don't need one.
