i haven't gotten it yet, one more paycheck. anyway i'm gonna install it myself and just wondering if there was any little things i should look forward to in the install. any secrets i should look out for? anything that can get it in so i can be on the road enjoying my new toy. i can't wait!!

#1) buy a tierod puller (not the fork kind, the screw/arm kind)
#2) have a friend handy to help you get the driveshafts back in when they fall out, and to help you get the lower arms down enough in the rear to slide the strut bolts back in.

You really don't need that tool. Just hammer the arm of the strut on the side (DO NOT HIT THE ROD END)and the rod will slide up.

How much did you pay for this kit? I was thinking about buyin it....and where are you buying from?

here is what u do.

RENT the tools from autozone

costs 80 bucks - pitman tie rod puller, spring compressors (optional) and a 32mm impact socket (unless you enjoy installing axles)

return tools after use and get 100% back

Rent the tools for free. I've done it for two separate spring installs and worked like a charm.

i'm getting it through king motorsports. but the rain out here screwed up my paycheck since its hard to put on a roof in the rain. hopefully next week but its a definite its mine. thanks for the idea tip about autozone !@#$%, will help alot
