Who makes the best quality carbon hoods??

Could anyone who has a carbon hood give me their opinion on who makes the best quality, ie a nice tight and straight weave, good UV protection, spot on fit etc...

The main manufacturers that I can see are VIS racing and Seibon.

Out of those two which are regarded as higher quality and are there any other manufacturers that I should look at??

They are definetly better than VIS.
I have Fiberimages cf Front lip and VIS rear spoiler.
Both great quality and fitment is perfect.
Fiberimages hoods cost more than vis though.
Vis weave.

Looking good, the fibre images stuff is pretty expensive though??

FIBER IMAGES ROCKS MY WORLD! haha... but really... fiber images is the best. go to their website... i dont know if they still have it, but they used to have videos of the torture of one of their hoods and it came out unscathed. of course they are a bit pricey.

im biased, i have the full fiber images lip kit.

yup, fiber images is great, vis is ok for the price..

VIS - Vacuum packed, rolled edge, new clear coat which wont let the carbon turn whitish. GOOD STUFF! The best overall quality out there really is VIS... Trust me Ive seen everything.

how about Seibon?? anyone deal with em?? was looking for one company that has the cf hood/hatch/wing ... I know VIS does, but I want the Buddy Club hood ..

From what I have read some people have had some fitment issues with the Seibon parts?
