tein basic dampers

i just bought a set of tein basics from a friend for $250. it says it is meant for civics 01 and up. i was wondering if it would fit on my ep with no problem. it seems it might since the new hondas share the same suspension set up(ep3,em1,dc5,etc..) any help would be appreciated.

Run a search for "tein AND modify" or something like that. There was
some discussion on this a couple weeks back (except it deal with
Tein SS's, not basics).

Anyway, I've got Tein SS's on my car, but they were meant for the
EM2 (not positive about chassis code). The original owner had the
upper suspension bolt hole bored from 14mm->16mm and it works just
fine, now. Check the sizes of the holes to see if that might be the
case for you or not.
