It probably stops increasing power at 9k and that's why it's listed as that. You usually state the greatest peak, not "Well, it makes 320 hp at 9k, but 310 and 10k"

i was gonna say something about that too, then i considered(while odd) that maybe the TB's are inside the plenum of the manifold. ive seen it done before on other engines, so it could be...

also, anyone know what a motor from these guys go for? $10K, $15k?

if i read correctly, it IS a K24, its just DE-stroked so that they could safely achieve the astronomic RPMs
