Hello again,

great forum...

A friend of mine is trying to buy a RSX type-s 5 lug conversion for his EP3. What is a good price picked up for everything you need+ 4 wheels with tires, brakes front and back, etc.... ?

He doesn't know what to go by? He does know what he needs though.

thanks in advance,

Nikos

Also in my opinion search you be better without the 4 letter restriction.

Thank you in advance,

Nikos

FOr sure a scam... The buyer registered last week and was selling 10 b series swaps at the same time.... People want a good deal so bad, they get blinded by the $$$$$.
$3750 is not unbelievable, the fact that onhis first week on ebay he was trying to push so many motors at once, all ending the same day...

About the 5 lug + wheels? What is a good price?

I emailed the guy about where he is in "Canada". He replied "bc". I asked him what city ... he replied "no local pickup at all".

Yeah, someone is going to get wrenched when they send off that certified cheque.

warning bells should be going off whenever the seller:
- has little/no feedback
- is selling a lot of expensive items all of a sudden (he had 5 engines ending at the same time)
- will not accept VISA, paypal, bidpay, etc ... only cash / certified cheque
- will not do local pick up
- will not disclose his location
- is using pictures from a well known retail website

and thus the saying goes ... if something looks too good to be true, it probably is.

if your search word is less than 4 letters, throw a "*" on the end ...

eg. lug*
