BOV recommendation

well, i have the greddy ep3 turbo kit. not installed by the way. what brand of bov do you guys recommend? i spoke w/ one of my friend who said that i should go w/ HKS or BLITZ. i asked him about the greddy type-s bov but he dosnt recommend greddy coz the internal parts are made out of plastic. i dunno if that true or not. so yeah, you input is greatly appreciated. thanks!:D :D

My vortech works good /is adjustable and looks to be high quality internals. How the flange would work with the greddy kit I am unsure.
