ok, so i may or may not have burned a little hole in my driver's side seat and may or may not be looking to replace the seats. since i'm not particularly rich, nor do i need the cache of 'true jdm,' i found these seats on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&category=33701&item=2473528335&sspagename=STRK%3AMEBWA%3AIT) for about $300 shipped for the pair. yeah, i know they're not 'authentic,' but i think they might look ok in the car. what do you guys think?

PIMP fabric.

Just get some Cheap Tenzo Seats.
Or Just look for Used SI seats.
I think that's the best way to go.
With aftermarket seats.
You will need to find correct rails to make it fit or fabrcate one yourself.,$$$.

if you want to..or you could just buy them

The sliders are universal..its the mounting support that is vehicle specific

Hey those actually look yummie...i would go for them, then again i would like to sit in one first before i buy it, you know test it out. I would love JDM recaros, especially the EP3 R ones with the seat extension, but hey, most of us dont have that kind of money.

My girlfriend's father has the Tom Motorsports seats in his project 190E Benz. He has the Recaro style seats. The material quality is good and he has had no problems with them falling apart at all. They are great seats for what he paid ($500CAD for 2). The ones he has are very bolstered at the shoulders, but not so much at the lumbar area. The lap section feels nice and tight. I compare these to my friend's genuine Sparco's and I prefer the tight lumbar area opposed to the shoulders. For wider people, they should fit nicely. I'm 5'8, 150lbs. Good luck guys!
