i have to send my ecu out but ill have the blower on this weekend and the ecu back by tuesday or wednesday. so get ready for some videos.

If you are getting the hondata reflash, I thought that it wasn't compatible with the JRSC, only NA configs. and just recently the greddy turbo.

i HAVE the NA reflash. i know its not safe for boost or nitro, so its going back to hondata and getting flashed back to stock

yes.. its a very very very noticable increase in acceleration.. took a celica gts on the way home on the highway no problem.. 70-120mph 7-8 car lenghts easy i saw an exhuast and not a ricer style one.. so he probably had some more under the hood but who knows

dont use the clips they give you.. mine are now sodered and shrink wrapped... to much force when i hit 2nd pulled it out.. i was running a diagostic reader to record the run so thats how i knew it was to lean

sorry for being a n00b, but what do you mean by "lean?" But from that video, I could hear the sc and all, but nothing seemed too impressive. It didn't pull as hard as I would expect it would. But I wish you luck and hope that whatever you need to get fixed will solve the problems u have.

Denmah, could you just bring your car to Honda and have them reflash the ECU with their most current program to set it back to stock instead of sending it to Hondata? Hondata sends a warning that they are not responsible if the dealership reflashes the ECU so I would assume that it could be a possibility instead of sending it out to CA.

yeah, what is this lean that you mean? how did you know it was running lean? I was hoping it run more rich than lean...that scares the shit out of me....oh, and I've seen turbo ep vids like that...they didn't impress me either, there really isn't anyway to get an idea from the vid like that imo.

we have a pda we hook to the diagnostic port and we went over the run and we have a a/f reading on it and lets say its just like a guage.. well in 1st it was all the way to rich side but in 2-4 it went to a 1/3 above lean.. so basicly it wasnt pumping enough fuel however after checking everything it seems to be fine

umm, i have a question, how can anyone tell, by a simple video, how HARD a car is pulling, i mean its like a video game, there are no g-forces or anything...

curious what PDA software your using? Ive got the Auterra scan tool and it wont read A/F ratio's because we dont have a MAF sensor.

First people calculate 1/4 and 0-60 times with some stupid meter in their car, then they use a calculater on the net....now they use a video :rolleyes: The Rice just doesn't stop

Everyone I've ever seen looks slow...but I know it's not...it's a damn vid. I've seen esmith's ride pull away on a vid and it didn't impress me, I've seen rocky's ride with the rev hard kit...didn't impress me, etc etc...but I know they are faster than a i/h/e civic

yeah guys im with 02 silver, im installing mine this weekend, and then next sunday im pulling it on the dyno. and the sunday after that im going to the track. so ill let all of you know my #s.

im also eying up a quiafe LSD.

I can't say if I am running rich or lean but it is definitely faster than before. (gauges not installed yet) I feel more top end power, it is hard to say anything yet for the low end bc today was the first day and I prefered to take it easy on her. The whistling sound is sooo nice, I drove over 120 miles today just to hear it over and over and over again.
did it impress me? yes, definitely met and exceeded my expectations.
is it faster than a i/h/e si? yes, and it is funner to drive.
I don't care what other people say but I recommend this shit...:D

I do have just one...for the wiring of the power card for the injector wires to the ecu...for injectors wires 1-4..you can put any of the one of the three blue wires to anyone of the injector wires, then the grey wire can go to any injector wire...which will only be one left over after the blue wires are used...do you know what I mean?
Basically it almost sound like it wants the 3 blue wires and grey wire to one injector wire...the directions are confusing me on that part..but I assume it's one blue wire to each injector wire, the the one left over gets the grey wire...

I'm sure it's one wire for each injector wire..makes since...jr power card gets boost signal and sends signal to injectors to open up more...but why they have 3 blues and 1 grey is beyond me.
