Is it possible to get 18's and keep my speedometer accurate.

Please let me know a appriciate any advice.

as far as i know, you will be okay if you get the correct size tires. slimmer low profile tires. as long as you keep the over all diameter the same, across the tire, one side to the other, you're fine.

problem with getting 18 inch wheels is it will be a rough ride, with no tire flex. also heavier for slower acceleration. i'm a light weight 16 inch kinda guy myself.

yea ima stock 16inch guy myself. and thats big enough for me even if i get some volks or such no bigger than 16.

This will calculate the difference in tire diameter and thus error in your speedometer.

I think 35R is what you need on 18's...

I have 225/35/18....used to have 215/40/18.....I like the 225/35 better

225/35/18 diameter = 24.20

stock = 24.21

That's about as close as you can get, only 10 thousandths of an inch smaller. Your stock have probably already worn smaller than that.
