How Do You Attach The Ss Usa Usdm Type-r Lip?!?!?

what the title says. my big concern are the two "brackets" that protrude from underneath the apron. what do i do with those. i got my kit painted and redy to put on but what do i do with those Brackets/hindges, whatever u wanna call them. Info would b GR8. THANX.....

well it cost me 350 for the whole paint job...made me wish i had bought a type-R wing to get painted too...on well, i can always get carbon fiber.....

i used those little flaps(or brackets) for mounting. i drilled a hole in each and i have one screw on each flap holding it to the bumper. and i have two other screws in the fender area(where the stock mudflap would go).hope this helps.
