When my Civic grows up it's going to be a different car. I'm getting rid of this damn thing. I paid 22k for it brand new and a year later it's only worth $9000. WHAT THE FLYING F--K?!!! I know some 92-95 EX's that sell for MORE then that. Now I'm stuck with a $375 a month car payment that will continue for the naxt four years. And it's for a car that is now too expensive to put mods on. The payment is high, the parts are expensive, labor in my area is HELLA expensive, and not many companies are adopting this new Honda fatass to make parts for it. We have Honda's bastard child in our garages/driveways. Oh and BTW, I put $3k down on the car and my interest rate was 4.8%. I'm not a dummy. Anyways. I'm now looking at the new Scion as they are cheap, easy to work on, and have many parts available. Not to mention... if I don't like it, at least I'm not paying a fortune for the damn thing. Honda and my EPSlow outside CAN LICK MY BALLS.

I was rearended last year by an 18 wheeler. Fortunately, I wasn't hurt bad. However, that means my settlement will be below 10k. Probably below 5k with medicals paid off. So, after pumping some money into my bank account for a small savings, I'm going Greddy. A little faster daily driver is all I want. Oh, and something that can beat a stock SRT-4 :confused: :eek: I just sent the adjuster my settlement demand, so in about a month or two, an agreement should be met and my bank account a little happier. I'm thinking about putting more in savings and just going clutch, IHE, N20 and new rims and tires for autox. Less money.

I'm currently turbo'd (K20A3). Next week, hopefully, I will have ACT clutch kit (RSX-S)--stage II I think??, along with a type S flywheel that will be getting resurfaced and the DC5 LSD which I purchased from 02SilverSiHB.

Next up, will be the K-pro. Definitely getting that.

Unless u bought your car when it just came out in mar of 02, you are a moron for paying 22k for the SI. And unless u totalled ur car or got some serious accidents it isnt worth JUST 9000. next time try and do some research before you buy your car. It wasnt 200 hp when u bought it. It was the same 160hp then as is its 160 hp right now. U can jump off the bandwagon like all the other fair weather fans.

PS scions are even more underpowered and are even heavier + Scion TC = Too chubby.

Well, Im thinking of using my EP for another 2 years with just minor mods. By then I will be almost paid off with my other car w/c is a Honda Pilot, Probably I will get a nice sedan for the family, maybe a Mercedes E-class or a Bmw 5 series. I like my EP but I am not getting any younger. I need to get a car that will fit my age. I will be 39 by then. Hopefully before I reach 40 I will have a nice sedan(supercharged maybe?) yah i dont remember how i knew, but somehow i knew i wasnt getting traditional "vtec"...and frankly thats fine...when i bought the car it was supposed to be a fun daily driver, and then i found out (because of wes directing me here) what the car was supposed to of been, so sadly i have to admit im making my own type r...so *shrug* itll be more appropriately fun when im done, and like c being for cookies, its good enough for me haha
