well i got a ticket about half a month ago for my exhuast being too loud. to make it quieter i decided to just bolt on my stock muffler onto the aftermarket batback. i was wondering how much power would i lose if i bolted the stock muffler onto my 2.5" catback?

You should be fine. I've played with my Neuspeed on as compared to my stock muffler with no difference besides sound. If it makes you feel any better, the Type R uses the same axle back section as the SI.

i've tried this before and had powerloss cuz i was loosing too much air, the bigger engines would benefit from this but not ours, the 2.5 piping releases too much air and not causing enough resistance, I also tried 2.25 and still nothing so I went with 2 inch and resonator and with this I had the most gains.
