I am just wondering if their are some differences in the
JDM side skirts and the honda factory performance side skirts.

Although similar, there are some differences.
The CTR skirts do not "stick out" as much as the HFP ones. They fit a little tighter to the body. Also, where they attach to the body by the front wheel well they do not come up as high on to the fender. Overall, they are a smoother design.

I have the HFP skirts and I can't really complain nor justify the money to buy the CTR at this time. But if I had a choice, the CTR skirts would be on the car.
