i was drivin home from work today, when my phone rang ... i picked it up and i bashed into a huge pothole!!! i heard a big bang ... im guessing i bottomed out ... but i dont know ... any ideas??? ... i am never talkin on da phone while drivin again ....

now the questions relative to this are ....

how does a shock *blow*??
how do i know if i blown my shocks??
are my suspensions dead???

i have tein basics ... im really hurting ... bad day today ... first i was squished between two cars ... then this ... :(

well....i think you should be ok..unless you here any loud bangs now after you hit that ditch...if you go over any small bumps in that side of the car you think is blown and it sounds extra bad..than yea..you ar blown..look around under the wheel space and see if there is and thing that dosent look normal.....but you will deff know if you have a blown strut
