Best Headers?

wanted to get some headers for my 03 SI but did not know with which brand to go with? DC? JR?

also wanted to get the hondata ecu. would i still get some gains if i instaleld the ecu without a CAI?

Did you try a search, and did you check out the newbie bible? Anyway, it all depends. Perfomance numbers are pretty close between the shorty headers, and race headers. How much do you want to spend? Also check out hondata.com
