wing installation fee

For those who had shops install the CTR wing for their ep3, how much did they charge? I bought it fully painted from spoilerdepot.

I think most people do it themselves. it is fairly easy to do. try it, you may be surprised by what you can do.

It's around 300 shipped on ebay auctions.

Instaillng spoiler is very easy to do.
Just follow spoilerdepot's instruction.
Do it yourself.

$350 at spoilerdepot, but you can get it on ebay for like $25 cheaper.

it took me less than 20 minutes to take off the stock one and install the ctr wing. instead of drillnig i used one of the mounting holes that are on the car and i stuck the wire through there..so instead of the wing being held on by 6 screws its being held on by 5 but its still been perfect like that.

dont pay someone to install your spoiler. it doesnt get as easy as this. all you have to do is.

pull off 3rd brake light cover.
remove 3rd brake light.
and youll see all 4 bolts and 2 clips you have to remove to detach and reinstall your wing. really easy bro.

I am going to get a replica CTR wing, it is $400 CDN painted, modded, and installed. One of my friend got it and it was perfect fit. Is it a good deal?

Got mine and I installed my self. It was pretty straight foward and the satisfaction that you did it your self and didn't have to pay anyone is great!!!

Dude, install it yourself... Very easy... Took me under an hour, and I was being real careful... Just use the instructions from the spoiler depot website. Very straight forward.

u dont even need instrustions. lol
but u do have to be careful of not dropping tny of the bolts into your hatch. cause ur basically screwed if u do. no way of gettin em out unless u have a magnet.
