Which Ecu should I use????

I swaped a B16 into my 97 Civic, I wired it to be obd2, the car runs great but it doesn't perform very well still running the stock EX ecu, which ecu will plug into my harness are run? I tried a 99-00 si but the plugs are different, I was think maybe the 98 civic type r ecu it is the big style like mine and the plugs look the same, anyone know for sure before I buy? Or can I get an adaptor of some sort to make the 99-00 si ecu work?

I don't know if it's the best thing to do but I would get harness that converted OBD2 to OBD1. Then, I would use a chipped P28 and plug it all up. Not sure how much will all that would cost.
