Tried in vain to run a search on this but I grew impatient, so here goes......

I recall reading on here that the 2004 Si sits approx. 1/2 inch lower than the 02-03 Si. If this is correct, is it just because of the springs, or did the rest of the suspension get changed as well? I recall reading that other tweaks were made, but I don't know if they would affect ride height at all.

So my question is: will 2004 Si springs lower my 02 Si 1/2 inch, and if so do they fit without modification? Thanks.

well the 04 does have a new suspension seeing as how it is a 5lug pattern.... dont know if they are actually all different componants or if it is lower but it is different.

Just because it is five lug doesnt mean that it has a new suspension. If I wanted to do a five-lug swap I wouldnt have to replace any of the suspension just the hubs. You could use the base RSX hubs and keep everything the same.

There have been numerous pics with 04's next to 02's
http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=32533&highlight=comparison+height is a good discussion as well.

A guy who works at Koni told me that they've been making small changes to the EP suspension including possibly a change in the location of the spring perch.
