04 head lights and HIDs

Ok, I know you can put HIDs on the 02 - 03 lights, but can you make it fit on the 04's, has it been done, if so can someone point me in the right direction to where I can see a pic and maybe a DIY...

It would be SHEAR luck that the projectors are the same. For instance, there is no need for a lower lip shield on a halogen projector bulb, but there is a need when you use HID... if you have an 04, I recommend putting your car near a wall, put your driving lights on, take a picture and send it to me. I can tell you if you have enough shielding, of course, I am sure toerhs could tell you too. If this is the case then the 04 lighs might not be as crappy as they look :-)

The 04 Si headlights are not projectors.

The 04 Type R have projectors.

It would be the same as any other retrofit kit.
