Ok heres the story...and please take the time to read a need your help!

Me and my friend were setting at his house on the front steps. My Si is parked on the street. A red old pos Neon drives by and the dude spits red shit alllll down the side of my car. Ok so im real hot i run and jump in my car. Well by the time i run inside grab my keys the neon is gone. Okay so then get this. After about 5 minutes driving around all the sudden while we were sitting at a stop light we here all the these rocks hitting my car and one came in the car and hit ME! OK so i pull to the side of the road to see what the HELL happened. Sure enough my front bumper is all messed up. The rocks were BIG as shit and we looked all around and do not kno where the hell they came from. Theres a scratch with paint removed on my front bumper about 2 inches and 2 big cracks in the fiberglass. Well back at the house when the spit thing happened i got a awsome look at the car. So we were sitting up at a gas station and we see a dude get out of the SAME car with a blockbuster shirt on like hes going to work. I go and take a bunch of pics of his car. And the shit that he spit all over my car was red. In his passengers side seat there was a Rasberry brisk. Hmmmm wiieerrddd huh.

The question is....What the hell should i do? Should i get him back or let it go?

Find out what Blockbuster he works at and wait him out with your car sitting out front so he sees it as soon as he walks out the door and knows who it is, than walk up to him and confront him. just a few suggestions for ya. i am REALLY sorry to hear that man. you gotta get that shit off your car right away before it fucks your paint up. as for the rock issue, thats pretty much a loss...unless you want to call the insurance company and say that a witness saw this red neon hit your front bumper and kindly left a note on your winshield with his tag number so they can go after him and claim it. (your friend being the witness of course but they dont have to know that you guys know each other ;) )

I have been the better (gal) in two different situations. My previous cars have been vandalized and stolen-AND I WORKED WITH THE GUY WHO STOLE MY CAR!!!:mad:

The crazy thing is that night i had about 40 people calling me wanting to go up to where the guy works "blockbuster" and do somthing. I even had two guys up there waiting for him to come out. Didnt even tell them to either. But ya kno if i do somthing back to him its either gonna just 1) Get my ep messed up even more than it is now :'( or 2) Get myself in trouble. Be responsible. Sure, a momentary hit on him or his car might make you feel better, but then you may get in trouble. What I would suggest:

1) File a complaint with the police department. Not only did he spit on your car, I'm pretty certain you saw him throw a glass bottle at it...

Questions the police are going to look at are a) what side of the street your car was parked (if on the right side and he was travelling the same direction as your car is parked, was he the passenger or the driver? If driver, how did he spit all the way out his passenger window and onto your car? If travelling the opposite direction as your car is parked, did he spit all the way across the road? Did he spit then throw? How fast was he going?

2) Contact your insurance department. DO NOT make a claim against your insurance company even if they say that they will recover the monies (that's called subrogation) from his insurance provider. Provide your claims department with his license plate number and request that they contact his insurance company to make a claim.

3) Go to 3 shops that you know and have them provide you with an accurate estimate (i.e., where the bottle that he threw cracked your windshield or dented your door, etc) and provide that to your claims dept.

Worse case scenario, nothing can be done but you don't get in trouble. Then you just call Blockbuster when he is not working (from a payphone) and inform them that one of their employees was smoking weed in the parking lot before going in the store one night. Provide a description of him and his car. Tell them you'd prefer to not contact the police but it was very unprofessional to see him in his Blockbuster uniform, right outside of the store doing that. Inform him that you will never use his store again. Give him a fake name. Best case scenario is that you may get money or car work out of it, have his insurance go up and have a small criminal fine. As far as a civil suit; not worth it. Small claims court (where you would take it) costs money to file a suit (just like anywhere else). Being that the damages are so small and that he probably has no assets you might get a judgment against him. However, with no assets we call that "judgment proof". Basically means that he has nothing so you can't get anything. An attorney more than likely won't take this unless it's hourly. Not worth his time. BTW, I'm an insurance defense paralegal. I've been doing this for about 8 years so I pretty much know the in's and out's of the insurance world. HTH.

I completely agree. You would be dumb not too. Get him back after you get him arrested and pays for the damages, but wait a while so its not suspicious. What i would do is get a group of friends (and this is way after the whole thing is settled) get 3 guys 3 black masks, 3 pairs of gloves and wait at Blockbuster if he gets out late and just beat the fuck outta him. If he doesnt see your face and you have no prints etc, they have no proof that it was you. It has never failed me.....

awhile back, I beat this guys ass pretty good, he retaliated by smashing my windshield. long story short, I filed a police report and he paid to fix it and then some for time compensation. and the police made him apoligize to me. The funny thing is I whipped his ass and he got in trouble for the retaliation. what I'm saying is be careful and don't do anything you'll regret (or will get caught for;) ).

Brake fluid to his paint is a good idea. Also get some armor etch (used to etch glass). Its an acid and once it's applied to glass it creates a frosted effect. You've probably seen etch glass hundreds of times. Well smear that shit all over his wind shield and he wont be able to see out the window.

Go to a decent automotive parts store and pick up this stuff call aircraft remover. It is used to do body work. Just pour it all over his car and in about 30 minutes the paint, primer, and everything else besides the paint will bubble up. Then it can just be scraped off.
p.s. Dont get any on your clothes or hands

Going to the cops and telling them that this guy spit on your car isn't gonna do anything. There's no damage from that. Unless you're prepared to tell the cops that this guy also threw rocks at yoru car, I'd leave them out of it.

I also don't think that spitting on a car deserves a brutal beating, what you're really pissed about is the rocks, and it's not really cool to take that out on this guy.

I think you should go to the blockbuster and tell him that you saw him spit on your car and that it's a real bitch move. Then rent your movie and leave.

He won't know what to think, but he'll be watching his car for the rest of his shift, and then watching his ass on his way to the parking lot.
