type s head what parts to buy?

ok guys im going to get a type s head here real soon. but i want to put type r cams in it for now till i can afford the toda sec c cams, sooo what im asking is what springs, valves, and retainers, would you guys recomend. and i want to put pistons in too im going all motor so who makes a piston for the a3 block and which should i get. also head gasket whats a good one to buy? mugen , spoon? anyway im just lookin for some info on this stuff i know a few of you have done this already so please any info would be greatly appreciated.

get f20c valve springs...they are the stock s2000 ones and work great on that valvetrain

no need to upgrade the valve springs. the exhaust side springs are the same as the f20c, and the intake valve springs are the same as the type-r.

if you want pistons, I have a set of 11:1 type-s pistons I could sell you on the cheap.
