my ep idles a grand higer(2,000rpm) when the motor is cool. is this normal? or what?

mine idles about 1800. most fuel injected cars run rich in the cold idle loop. nothing to be concerned about.

yea...when the motor is cold the EP seems to idle around 1,800...2,000 rpms...it goes down pretty quickly though.

When any engine is cold it idles higher so that it can warm up faster.
