Nice post. I'd put an example of where you can get each system for that price. Also, isn't the Mugen a static suspension with no adjustability?

Yes, unfortunately the Mugen setup is not adjustable. I just googled the names of the coilovers to get those prices. If anyone knows of where to get them cheaper please post.

Tein SS (EM2 application with minor mods) $1100

Tein has a nice summary page for our car now:

I actually just saw the Tein basic for $801 shipped just yesterday. I can't remember which vendor it was though. I'm still debating between going with the D2's and saving some money or ponying up and buying the Tein type flex and be a JDM pimp.

The Buddy Club Racing Spec goes for 2K?? I got a quote from a local store in the san diego area for about 1300, but that price is with a small discount cuz a friend knows the guy. I know the discount wasnt that much.

Happen to remember what store or site you got the quote for the Tein type Flex for 1500???

They're already out. One member on here even has them. They're only available in Japan though, so be prepared to pay a grip.

I have the Tein basic's listed. Unfortunately what sucks about the basics is they have the same part number as the EM2 version. The EP3 and EM2 have different spring rates, so why would I buy a coilover obviously designed for the EM2? The Tein SS also falls into this category. I've never seen the nex coilovers for the EP3. A link would be nice.

Where did the price of $1,150 for the KW suspension kit come from? The webpage quotes a price of $1435.00 US? Just curious.

Thanks

The vendor forum on this very website.

I realize that, just never seen that price on the KW's. Lowest I read on this board was $1200ish. I'll have to send a PM, because $1,150 is pretty reasonable for that setup.
