i thought are cars dyno like 138 hp stock. Here are the numbers that import tuner got.

Base- 130.2hp 118.2tq
K&N filter 138.8hp 120.8tq
Apexi N1 exhaust 140.1hp 122.2tq
Apexi S-AFC 143.5hp 125.4tq

its not that much off of what you thought. they are still respectable numbers __BONE STOCK__

look at the 99-00 si's they dynoed 138 140 stock with like 32 ft lbs of torque to the wheels--- NO TORQUE~~

now at least we have some ummpphhh , in exchange for 4 whp or so! IM happy with that.:p

Ive always like this quote:
"horsepower is what you buy, torque is what drives you! " so so true ..--

dont forget things like humidty, type of dyno used, altitude, octane, weather , gear tested in. All of these will affect the the total power output of the cars. --joe :)

When they say K&N filter is that just simply replacing the stock filter with a K&N filter?

No they had an XS intake with the K&N filter

my stock numbers were 138 whp and 126 ft lbs , running 5w-30 oil, but every dyno is different.

I wish they would have tested a header as part of the comparison, damn.
