Will the struts and springs from a 2002 RSX-S direct swap on a 2003 EP? Will I need a camber kit?

Nope ... what you'll need is a RSX.
They are not compatable.

what specifically are you wanting to swap into your car? shocks, springs?
The rear shock will bolt up just fine with the ep, the front rsx shocks use a larger diameter tie rod end bolt. You'll need to pick up a pair of rsx tie rod ends(roughly $70) and use those. I think the lower two bolts are also a different diameter.
Springs from an rsx will fit ep shocks no problem, but the front are slightly softer and the rear are progressive and have more coils.

Isn't the 2 big bolts that bolt it to the hub assy. larger also?
