16x7 with +37 Offset

Does anyone see a problem with running 16x7 +37 offset with 205/55 or 205/50?
I have no drop yet but when I do get one it will most likely be sportlines.

i have 16x7 with a +38 offset. running 205/45 series.. about a +3 inch lower... no issues with rubbing of any kind. i know its not the exact tire measurement in question, but thats as close as i get to them.. :D
