View Full Version : Ground Control Coilover problem!! Can someone help me?

I have a set of ground control coilovers on my EP and I have the rear set as high as it can go because I have 19's and it was rubbing. I have them as high as they can go and they are still rubbing. there is a 1.5in gap between the tires and the rear fender. When the coilovers are set as high as they can go, is it basiclly stock height?? If anyone knows please let me know.

from what I remember, even the highest setting is an inch or so lower than stock. hope that helps. Maybe try getting extended wheel studs and spacers?

The whole problem is , the tire is 1.5in away from the actual body of the car and i do not have naything in it yet. My interior is completely stripped. So i figured if it is that low already imagine with a my seats, plastic panels,sub box and people.
I figured i will just have to replace the stock springs in the rear until, i get my new suspension.

talk to GC and see if they can send you longer threaded sleeves.

or longer coils in the back. you would have to goto eibach for that.

Oh hell, Jayson ... you still owe me 100 bucks for the rear bench I never received. I have told you in several mails and messages that all I want now is for you to refund the money to one of my paypal accounts.
