Busted my passenger side view mirror

How do I take it off? I just ordered a new one from my dealership. They asked if I wanted them to install it, but I said no. Should I have just let the dealership install it?

Type X has the JDM mirrors--you might PM him and ask him about it. I'm pretty sure he does most of his own work.
