Sorry this might sound stupid...BUt what does ep stand for? I'm a newbie. Just got my SI like last week. Cool website... Sucks that we don't get love from CLUBSI though. Thanks for reading.:angel:

um what purpose does the ep3 light serve on our instrument panel?

Dude...you need glasses...that doesn't say ep3 in the dash...it says eps...(electric power steering)...lol

hahaha!!!

E is the model code, all civic chassis codes start with an E. P denotes the specific series chassis within the model family.

The 6th gen coupes were the EM, the hatchbacks were the EK, i forget the sedan code.

The number at the end, I'm not sure what purpose that serves, maybe someone could enlighten me?
