After checking King Motorsports website, the Mugen Rear Sway Bar for the RSX comes in either 24mm or 25mm. It should fit on our EP3's. My question is if there are other bars that is also 25mm? Someone mentioned having a Mugen replica. So far, I've only seen/read about 22mm bars.

Both will fit 24mm or 25mm.
Nobody makes replica sway bars.

Cusco rear sway bar for dc5 is also 25mm.

I just checked Hotchkistuning.com and they make sway bars for DC5's. They are 25-27 depending on street, competition, auto-x. Would those fit on our cars? I checked for the EP3 in the Honda Civic section, and they are in development.

Anyone with Hotchkis sway's wanna comment?

I swear that i read something the other day that talked about how swaybars without the tie-bars in the middle can put too much stress on your endlinks, causing them to break. Any truth to this, or am i crazy?

You are right, Most people recommand buying better endlinks.
Because, stock endlinks seems to break easily with bigger diamter sway bars.

Found out that Buddyclub also has rear sway bar for dc5, Which is also 25mm.
But I can't confirm.

Should the CTR 22mm be fine? or should be also upgrade the endlinks?

I'm intrested in the CTR 22mm since it's not too expensive but now you got me thinking about the endlinks.

I think Hotchkis (spelling? who knows ) makes endlinks for our cars.

Edit: Has anyone here broken an endlink, or know someone who has?

Would a 25mm swaybar be ok or would that cause more stress for the end links?
Also whats the tie bar? Do you mean those arm bars that Spoon makes?

yes those are tie bars, not exactly sure what they do, probably just add to rigidity, just like a thiker sway bar would or a strut bar?

someone on 7th gen civic makes endlinks for about 80 bucks. Hotchkis also makes endlink which are much more expensive.
