Nice... No pictures in the instructions? I prefer the visual instructions instead of written instructions. Pics make more sense than the words.

Sweet grill man! I've always thought that was the best-looking exterior mod. I'm not much for body kits and such, but the grill is clean.

My concern is: Once you get it on, how easily does it come (get ripped) off? I have a hard enough time keeping punks out of my interior without modding the exterior.

well, I'm planning on installing it tonight, and I'll do a write up on it if people want. I'll have a better Idea of how easy it is to come off when I'm done.

A write-up would be great. I know I'm paranoid, but they got my seats and shift knob, so I'm gunshy on "flashy" mods now since my stock stuff isn't even safe!

So, you start by getting your friend to start uncliping all of the damned clips. There should be eight up top, four down low, and two screws in the bottom. There is also a screw holding the bumper to the fender.

Remove the bumper by pulling it out slightly in both fenders, then pull out from the front of the bumper.

Next, unscrew the old grill from the bumper, there should be four of them.

Then simply slide out the old fender.

Grab the new Mugen Grill that you have already placed the double sided tape on. Make sure your Mugen grill has this on it to ensure that it is authentic (not that it matters)

Next step will be to clean off the surface that you will be applying the tape to. I used some Mother's carnuba wax, then sprayed it with something my friend had, window cleaner I think.

Okay, now retro fit the grill and when you are satisfied as to how it sits then pull off the adhesive covering - apply some pressure to make sure you have optimal contact.

Put your bumper back on and enjoy.

Hope this helps some of ya...

nice write up.
but was the tape on the grille when you bought it
or did u put it on your self, if so what kind did you use ?

the tape came with the install kit. its also held together by some clamps. I'm going to be screwin a whole lot of screws through it so no one can steal it - easily anyway.
