Vaccum Guage?

I'm doing research on getting a turbo, so... people.... help me out here.

What is the vaccum measurements in the boost guage use for? What is the vaccum measuring and from where?

the vacuum measurements in the boost gauge is used for when you're not in boost, the vacuum/boost is measured at the intake manifold. a n/a engine will always produce vacuum in the intake manifold except when at full throttle then it will produce 0 vacuum
