well i just ordered a few new toys.

1) J's Racing Engine Damper
2) spoon res. covers
3) Jhpusa.com plate frame and stickers just for the hell of it
4) gorilla lugs in black to match my new flat black wheels;)

congrats, get pix up once you get them all, this weekend im orderin jdm rear bumper, and jdm dc5r sidemarkers. =)

nice, good to see somebody else whos not ordering JDM bumpers,lips,wing,5lug,wheels,k20a,turbokit and painting theyre car champ white and is thinking about a set of 16" gunmetal regamasters for the track if and only IF they decide against a new pair of bride seats, Takata race harnesses and some JIC magic coils.

ill post some pics im sure.;) im so proud i found 190 that didnt have to go to a car payment or other bill im sure ill show it off here if not on members rides as well when its all installed.

im leavin my car black, and will prob get a mugen lip for it.. and i ordered a mugen wing.. also pickin up some buddyclub p1 IIs ...

its a good part to have. looks great and does the job. i dont have wheel hop issues anymore. install is easy but directions are all in japaniese so it is difficult to understand. the pics can get it in for you then adjusting is a figure it out ya damn self operation. its not too hard.

only problem----rattles do increase. i have a nasty one under the pass side dash now. i did get it to go away somewhat though by loosening the damper a bit. it comes adjusted pretty tight. its enough that the rattles arent too bad now and the wheel hop is still under control.

do i think its worth getting????YES.

it dies the job and you dont need a whole afternoon of pain and profanity to get it in. it does cost a bit more than the motor mounts but then again it IS adjustable and they are not. it also looks great and they arent even visible.
if i could do it all over again id do it just the same. great quality as far as i can see.

Damn thats hot...still wondering if it would work with the Neuspeed upper brace..but no one has answered me:(

im sure it would but why put a j's racing damper with a neuspeed brace????why not the j's brace??????? im sure it would fit. call jdmhondaparts and ask em. they could tell you.

i wonder if the damper will work with the sc bc of the way it mounts.. hmm.. i guess ill just have to order one and found out

Because I already have the Neuspeed brace.:D

i figured;) i think it would fit. i wish you were closer, we could meet up and figure it out. but that bracket on the strut tower is only about a 10th of an inch thick, im sure the brace would fit right on top of that nicely.
