Question about installing a CAI

wsup guys i just got an injen RD CAI i was wondering if i have to cut out nething on the body of the car if you do how did you guys deal with it? Any hints and suggestions will be greatly appreciated thanks alot.

did you buy it used? or new? if so read the directions and go from there......i installed mine in about 45mins......you have to cut a small section out of the origianl hole that is there.....04si27893:D

You have 2 options:

A. Cut and enlarge the hole.
B. Buy another section of silicon sleeving (same Dia as the piece used for the throttle body to intake connection) and hose clamp it on in that area. I had mine on like this for a year with no problems :).
