Tranny swap idea????

Hey guys,
I was just thinking I was wondering if it was possible to do a tranny swap with like a crv or element to get all wheel drive? I was thinking about this because my car is in the shop getting a new clutch and fly installed so I have been driving around the wife's Element. I know it would be a lot of work but is it possible?

The transmission will fit the block but you'll need axles, a driveshaft tunnel cut into the frame, a new gas tank, a rear subframe, a rear diff, rear axles hubs and suspension and at that point you'll have the world's slowest Civic with axles the diameter of pencils.

All that matters is how much money you are willing to throw away.

If you want cheap all wheel drive fun, buy a 1G DSM <TSI, GSX or GVR4>.
