welcome to the site.

do a search for the moss-magnuson warranty act (i'm not 100% certain of the spelling) ... anyhoo, that will provide the answers to you question.

I talked to the service manager at my local honda dealership and he was encouraging me to mod it. He was telling me about how you get better gas mileage and said it can be better for the engine (then at the end he finally said the extra power is nice too ;) ). He told me that as long as I'm doing bolt ons then I cannot void my warranty. However, if you boost you will void it so if you are concerned with keeping your warranty, I would wait to boost. You should still talk to your local honda service tech to find out their stance on modding though because every dealership is different. Enjoy the new EP, NBP rules!! :D
