what were they jacked up on? standard jack stands or blocks of some sort? the ep3 rims arent that bad.... just heavy as hell. sorry to hear your lost. did u even have wheel locks on?

get your claim done and get back like.... 10 bills or so for it. Stock rims/tires are costy.

They had a scissor jack on one side, that basically gave out, and a floor jack on the other. The front drivers side rotor was on the ground. I jacked it up onto stands for the time being and turned the jacks in for prints. No, I did not have wheel locks . . . sure as hell will now . . . and a paging alarm.

Get this; it happened between 6am and 7:30 am, because my roomate left and it was fine, then my g/f left and it was jacked. Monday morning...ppl leave for work around then. The theifs probably just said "we're just changing a tire" or something to anyone that saw them. I'm going to ask around to see if anyone saw anything.

they might want some form of receipt to prove that he has 00 si rims. if not, then the insurance company will just fork over a check for the 02-03 si rims. with that check, u could buy anything u want.

Dude the OEM wheels look good, and have you seen them on the Integra's and Civics (older). Like the 99-00 SI rims, these are the new style. Also means they will jack them for it.

right you are... i gave my stockies to my brother. and i think that they look rather good. almost like they were meant for that car. its actually pretty nice. i'll post a pic tomorrow

I think the stockers on the 02 and 03 are quite tasteful... I love how they look on some different cars... even on the EP they arent all that bad... just need to be bigger... I am still warming up to the 16"s from the 04 model.... They look pretty nice, but it was kinda like they were following VW with a design kinda similar to the multispokes available on the R32 and the Anv. Ed. GTI.... Oh well, anyways, good luck man! get some baller 18"s! :D

That is so f@*k up. Your neighbors better have seen some sh%t. Even If they did, they didn't say or do anything? I live in a farely decent community and in farely decent apartment but I know there some shady MFs liv'n here. That's why I always park next to my neighbor's State Trooper car (whom I've befriend since he moved in 2 months ago) and my buddy's Lt1 Camaro who likes to shoot people :angelm: They both also park under a bright street lamp on a corner were there's lot's of traffic at all times.

Try $273.79 plus $28.39 for the center caps. I am supposed to get $100 added to that on top of it, per wheel. Then the tires are only going to be depriciated 30% thankfully, because I have 15K on the car. Hopefully I'll come out even, and not be out my $500 deductible, and have some 16" Rota C8's or something cool. :)

What a great deal! Get rid of heavy,so-so looking factory wheels and get a fat paycheck from the insurance company. Insurance companies are really smart, they take off 30% off of tires for depreciation but pay full for the rims, center caps and add $100 extra per wheel. Nice!

Wheel locks help alot, they skipped over the other cars in his parking area, including a 00 Si because it had wheel locks.

If you get the OEM set, and another set of wheel locks, you're pretty safe, then they'll just key your car..
