i'm not sure what to get. with the progress it comes with tie bar and sway bar, will it be better or just a one piece from spoon. will both feel the same or will the progress be better because it comes with swaybar. help me please.

if that's only my option, then I would go with the progress sway/tie combo.

The Progress will not work with the Spoon lower tie bar.

Your not going to notice a difference with just the lower tie bar, its to help suppliment the sway not really going to make a difference by itself.

Just be aware that the Progress bar will most likely rub against your exhaust. It is an easy fix with shorter rubber hangers though. If you have the money go with Comptech since they designed the bar to fit up to a 3" exhaust.

I ended up going to a muffler shop. They didn't have any smaller rubber hangers on hand so they just fabricated the metal hangers on the exhaust so the exhaust hangs higher now. Both do the same thing so just do whichever one is easiest for you. If you just want some shorter rubber hangers then I would check around local muffler shops or parts stores. I know some other people on here have done this so maybe someone will be able to give you an exact part #.

Ya the comptech one is around $350. I have the Progress bar and can take some pics a little later and email them to you; I don't know how to post pics on here.

I think someone may have beat me to it? I'm not sure if someone allready sent some pics. I just sent you a couple pics just in case. I wasn't sure.

the sway/tie bar combo is expensive, yes. but comptech does sell its 22 mm rear sway seperately for $96. it's listed under the RSX parts, but will fit the EP according to Comptech reps.
