Has anyone found out is there a way to lower are stock seats with out spending $200 or more per seat? I have heard the RSX rails will not work. I did not know if any of the over the ocean EP's have adjustable seats in height or if there is a good way to mod are rails. I have not taken off are stock seats yet to see what can be done yet. I would love to find a used stock rail just to try and work with. Any help would be great.

I want to run SCCA but I am not comfortable in the car since with a helmet my head is hitting the roof.

There was a member who custom welded his own rails . I've tried some searches and can't come up with anything :(

Dood, I did mucho research on this since I am 6'6". I ended up getting a set of RSX S seats for $400 and selling my SI seats for $700. The RSX seats Go back farther, and have a height adjustment. The Bracket for the SI is part of the butt cushion. Its not ment to be taken off. The SI seats are great but they really short changed us when it came to adjustablilty. I belive the 04 CTR has height adjustable seats. At least thats what i remember from the pics I saw. So if you could find some of those you would have some nice seats that are lower, and redder:). Hope this helps

Thanks. If someone would local would swap me out the RSX fronts and rears for my seats I would do it. Are they good with the SRS connection too so I do not have to worry about that coming on?

SRS is fine. As far as a local swap, you might want to check out ClubRSX for that. I bought mine from BIONIC salvage here in Chicago. Try searching Car-part.com for the seats, tahst how I found mine. 5 minutes from my house too.

Just wondering comfort wise how are they compared to the EP seats? I do like how the EP seats hold you in the seats. If I am racing I do not want to be sliding around in a seat.
